KSG Agro Holding has signed an agreement (memorandum) to restructure loans with Ukrsotsbank (Kiev, TM UniCredit Bank) in the amount equivalent to about $ 7 million. “Already we have signed an agreement (memorandum) with “Ukrsotsbank” to restructure existing loans amounting to the equivalent of about $ 7 million. We are grateful to our partners from Ukrsotsbank, who, knowing the situation in the industry, have decided on a mutually acceptable scheme of credit restructuring,” – Chairman of the Board of the agricultural holding Sergey Kasyanov said in an interview to “Interfax-Ukraine”.
Presently, KSG Agro and Ukrsotsbank have started the implementation of the memorandum.
