In the second decade of March, companies that are part of KSG Agro Agricultural Holding proceeded to sow spring crops. This was reported by the Holding’s press service.
The companies of KSG Agro started sowing spring barley and spring rape. The following crop areas are planned in the context of the following crops:

• Spring barley – 500 ha
• Spring rape – 800 ha

In addition, KSG Agro plans to sow corn and sunflower during the spring sowing time in 2017, within the optimal agro-technical terms:

• Corn – 1,300 ha
• Sunflower – 14,400 ha

Earlier, during the spring field work, the holding companies fertilized winter wheat and rape on an area of more than 11,000 hectares. In addition, harrowing of the fall-plowed land continues, an area of 7,000 hectares has been harrowed by today.
The companies of the Holding are fully provided with high-quality fertilizers and modern agricultural technology.
